Shipping Policy

Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation email once order has been shipped. 

     

     Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. 

       

            International Shipping:

    We offer flat rate of 20 USD for international orders up to 30 lbs and 30 USD for order 31 lbs and up. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

       

     Shipping Options:

     We offer the following shipping options:
    • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery the next business day or 2 days.

     

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

     

    DISCLAIMER: 

    • We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties imposed by your country.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and contact the carrier for assistance in such cases.

     

    Standard Shipping

    Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Track your order using the provided tracking number or email us at support@resolvedbrand.com.

     

    Priority Shipping

    Please allow 1-3 business for delivery. Track your order using the provided tracking number or email us at support@resolvedbrand.com.

     

    Priority Express Shipping:

    Your order is a priority and will arrive within the next business day or 2-days. If there's a delay, we'll automatically refund the shipping cost. 

     

    Note:

    Once we ship your package we are not held responsible for shipping carrier deliveries, any delivery issues with the shipping carrier must be handled with them because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

     

    Payment Processing: 

    Please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description.
    Since some items are made to order in our HQ we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.
    We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.
    ResolvedBrand, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

    If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Resolved Brand) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice. 


     

    Return and Refund Policy

      

    1. Returns

    To start a return, contact us at support@resolvedbrand.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Also, provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

     

    2. Exchanges

    We have a 10-day exchange policy. To be eligble, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.

     

    3. Damages and Issues

    Inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@resolvedbrand.com within 10 days so we can evaluate the issue and initiate the exchange process. 

     

    Note:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on the behalf of Resolved Brand (damaged, defective, or wrong product sent). 

     

    Cancellation:

    You can only cancel your order before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given cancellation is no longer possible. Additionally, certain items cannot be cancelled or refunded, including Items on sale, all beanie orders, and any order with express shipping.


    CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES:

    If you dispute a purchase after placing and order, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
